Shipping & Returns   Currently all items are shipped standard Parcel Post and a flat rate applies to each order. Shipping services may be upgraded in the future to include other options. Wildlife Rescue & Rehabilitation makes every attempt to make sure that the items you order are in stock. If you place an order for an item that is not currently stocked you will be notified via email, your order will be cancelled and your credit card will not be charged. If you have received the wrong product or your product is damaged, please use the contact link located in the left column of the web page under 'Information' and we will make arrangements for return of the item. Items will be considered for return only within 30 days of purchase.
